Dr. Huidi Tchero is actively involved in developing integrated care pathways that connect hospitals, primary care providers, community healthcare professionals, and specialized wound care teams.


As the regional coordinator for the Wound Care Network across Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, and Saint-Barthélemy, Dr. Huidi Tchero works to strengthen healthcare organization, improve access to specialized expertise, and enhance continuity of care for patients with complex wounds and diabetic foot conditions.


Dr. Tchero is also committed to advancing telemedicine and tele-expertise in wound management through the CATEPLAIE program. By enabling remote specialist consultations and facilitating collaboration between healthcare professionals, this innovative model improves access to expert advice, accelerates clinical decision-making, reduces unnecessary patient travel, and enhances the overall quality of care.


Through digital health solutions, multidisciplinary collaboration, and coordinated care pathways, Dr. Huidi Tchero aims to improve patient outcomes while promoting more efficient, accessible, and evidence-based wound care services throughout the Caribbean.
